With nearly 11 years of military service and years of legal experience across criminal, civil, probate, and family law matters, Heath brings proven leadership, discipline, and real-world courtroom experience to the bench. His career has been built on fairness, integrity, and standing firm in the pursuit of justice.

As a former Howell County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, current City Prosecutor for West Plains, and attorney who has practiced at every level of Missouri courts, Heath understands the importance of applying the law fairly and consistently. He has handled serious criminal cases, family matters, probate disputes, appeals, and countless other legal proceedings that directly impact the lives of local families. Heath believes a judge should be impartial, respectful, prepared, and committed to protecting both the Constitution and the people they serve.
